If you cannot find a suitable consultation time on the booking system, please send me a message to book as all available appointments are not always online. Payment: Cash for fittings and bank transfer for any hair payments ONLY. Card details will be taken upon booking and stored securely but no payment will be made online. Cancellations/No Show: Your card WILL be charged 50% of the appointment cost if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. In the case of a no-show or cancellation, within 24 hours of the appointment, 100% of the appointment cost will be required/charged to the card. Parking: There are multiple places to par around the salon. The main road opposite the salon is 2 hours free parking and there is parking available behind Shottons and Middleton Grange Shopping Centre but this is a 5-10 minute walk Deposits: At certain times of year deposits will be required. These are non-refundable or transferable under any circumstances. Deposits are deducted from the service cost on the day of your appointment
